Out of the building turn left travels 100m(if your lucky you can stop here and have either renal or head temperature taken, before boarding bus with construction workers).
continue on for 200 m, turn right. ( on the corner C.P. 1.)
On on 50m take 1st left down alley way go 100m. Turn right, (false trail) on the corner.
Back to CP1. Go 200m turn right,(passed lots of pussy’s) continue down the road to roundabout,cross roundabout go 100m. C.P.2 on the corner
On on called. Go 300 m at small roundabout turn right(pop in to Docks bar for a quickee.!!),
Continue on towards walk over bridge, cross over, when down the udder side, turn right run towards Emarat Petrol station, on the corner CP 3.
On on called. Turn left go 300m pass police station, will be checked for Temp again!! At T junction turn left, pass hotel continue onto traffic lights, cross over( turn left) continue 400m, pop in visit Etihad museum, Helicopter on view for Compressed fart and old Shag. Continue to traffic lights

On on called cross at lights go 300m cross at the main road ,
Turn left, go 200m(at roundabout) turn right, go 50m
Turn left, go 150 m to On in.😀🙏🏻✝🤓
Go inside and run up all staircases totalling 500 steps, now back at Location).
